ibv’s S-type temperature measuring strips are a worldwide bestseller. Why? Because they are pretty much suitable for all areas of application. Whether it’s mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, storage and transport technology or electronics – the S-type measuring strips are true all-rounders. They are also particularly suitable for monitoring temperatures on mobile installations and small objects.

Made of aluminium foil, the S-type measuring strips are equipped with up to nine thermo-indicators which ensure exceptionally rapid heat transfer. The indicators are also covered with a heat-resistant film which provides excellent protection against moisture and dirt. In addition, the S-type measuring strips are self-adhesive and therefore very easy to use. After successfully measuring the temperature, the measuring strips can be removed from the surface and archived for documentation purposes.

Ideal for the textile industry: P-type measuring strips from ibv

ibv’s P-type measuring strips are especially inexpensive because they are made of paper. Above all, they are ideal for monitoring temperatures in the textile industry. Equipped with seven to nine temperature indicators, the P-type measuring strips ensure high-precision results. They are also very easy to use: simply insert between the inlay and the outer fabric. The side with the indicator should be aligned with the outer fabric. Both fabrics can then be pressed together using the textile press. Once the textile press is opened, the measuring strip can be removed by pulling the outer fabric and inlay slightly apart at the relevant point. Once the thermal strip is removed, the temperature can be read from the coloured indicators.

Important: P-type Thermo-Strips must be protected from moisture and dirt, otherwise the measurement results may not be accurate. Short-term, moderate exposure to steam, however, is not a problem. And on request, the P-type Thermo-Strips is also available in an adhesive version and with a heat-resistant foil cover.

Robust and precise: waterproof temperature measuring strips from ibv

Ibv’s waterproof, self-adhesive temperature measuring strips are completely sealed, ensuring comprehensive protection against dirt and moisture. These temperature stickers are resistant to the vast majority of liquids and oils, and they are easy to attach even to the hardest-to-reach measurement points. Thanks to their signal yellow hue, the measured values are easy to read. A choice of five or six thermal indicators provide rapid measurement results – within approximately one second. After successfully measuring the temperature, the measuring strips can be removed from the surface and archived for documentation purposes.

Measuringpoints from ibv – for small surface areas

ibv’s temperature measuring points are self-adhesive and easy to attach to even the hardest-to-reach measuring points. They also waterproof and thus protected against moisture and dirt. In fact, ibv’s measuring points are suitable for a wide variety of applications. Above all, they have a diameter of just 10 mm, meaning they can be mounted on the smallest of measuring surfaces. In addition, the temperature indicator is protected under a highly heat-resistant foil cover. The measuring points are available in temperature ranges from 37.8°C to 260°C.

Temperaturmesspunkte von ibv – bei kleinen Messflächen

Die Temperaturmesspunkte von ibv sind selbstklebend und lassen sich problemlos selbst an schwer zugänglichen Messstellen anbringen. Außerdem sind sie wasserfest eingekapselt und damit hervorragend gegen Nässe und Verunreinigungen geschützt. Tatsächlich eignen sich die ibv-Messpunkte auch für die unterschiedlichsten Einsatzbereiche. Vor allem aber liegt ihr Durchmesser bei nur 10 mm. Deswegen können diese Temperaturmesspunkte sogar auf kleinsten Messflächen angebracht werden. Zudem liegt der Temperaturindikator unter einer hochhitzebeständigen Folienabdeckung. Erhältlich sind die Messpunkte in Temperaturabstufungen von 37,8 °C bis 260 °C.
